Why mobile
The hard part isn't the stamp. It's getting everyone in one room.
Banks close at four. The signer is in a hospital bed. Two people work opposite shifts. A wire has to fund on Friday. Mobile notary work exists for those situations, and that is the whole job — showing up where the signing actually has to happen.
- Bedside and facility visits. Hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living, hospice and memory care — I know how these appointments need to be handled.
- After hours by default. Evenings, weekends and holidays are normal appointments here, not an upcharge tier.
- I bring everything. Seal, journal, pens, certificate forms and a mobile printer for last-minute pages.
- Witnesses arranged on request. Florida requires two for a power of attorney and several estate documents. Tell me in advance and it's handled.

STEP ONE
Tell me what you have
Call, text or send the form. What the document is, where you are, and when it has to be done. Photos of the pages help.
STEP TWO
Get a flat quote
I confirm a time and give you the full price before I leave — the per-act fee plus the travel fee, agreed in writing.
STEP THREE
I come to you
Have a valid photo ID ready and leave signature lines blank. I check the identification, complete the certificate and apply the seal.
STEP FOUR
You're done
You keep the originals. The act is recorded in my journal. If a receiving party rejects a certificate I completed, I fix it at no charge.
